Biography
Heather is a certified mathematics educator with both a bachelor's and master's degree in mathematics education. She has taught grades 7–12 in a variety of classroom settings, bringing deep expertise in inquiry-based learning and bilingual instruction. She specializes in guiding students to express mathematical reasoning clearly and confidently through academic discussion. At DND, she serves as a Math Discussion Instructor, leading English-mediated math conversations that help students strengthen their conceptual understanding and communication skills.
