Courtney McNeil is a certified school counselor with expertise in supporting students across academic, emotional, and social domains. She currently works as a school counselor at a specialized strongest high school in Manhattan. Licensed in both New York and Virginia, she brings over a decade of experience working with diverse learners from PreK through 12th grade. At DND, she serves as Director of Student Support and School Counselor, where she leads efforts to foster student wellbeing, provide individualized guidance, and ensure that all learners feel seen, supported, and ready to grow in bilingual and global classrooms.
