Biography

Beth McDonald is a Clinical Assistant Professor at New York University and Interim Faculty Director at the Office of School and Community Partnerships. With over 26 years of teaching experience at NYU and a background in instructional design, she brings deep expertise in school-university collaboration. She advises DND on educational inquiry, pedagogy, and faculty development, grounded in a philosophy of reflection, inclusive learning, and teacher growth. A graduate of the Harvard Graduate School of Education, she is deeply committed to advancing equity, access, and innovation in teacher preparation.
